Free street parking is available up and down Broadway Ave NW. Please be respectful of our neighbors- however there is plenty of room!

To enter our warehouse building, shoppers use Door 3 (shown in the image below). One sale days, we will have a sign out front, and open the door for the line of shoppers at the beginning of the sale.

If the door is closed, please use our doorbell and we will send a staff member to let you in! The door locks on its own, and will remain locked from the outside for safety.

Furniture pick ups will be coordinated using our dock doors on the back side of the building. We will direct you at the time of pick up to make sure your vehicle is in the correct spot!

If you require ADA access to the building, please send us a note. There is access from the rear of the building that does not require steps, and our team will assist you into the studio space.

FAQs

  • The Studio by Alcove hosts a monthly warehouse sale offering furniture, lighting, and home decor at up to 60% off retail pricing. We are located on the NW side of Grand Rapids, in an old factory building: 1642 Broadway Ave NW.

    There is plenty of street parking on Broadway, as well as a lot on the back side of our warehouse building (facing 131). The line will form on the sidewalk on Broadway at Door 3. The line forms outside, so dress weather appropriately.

    Some of our customers line up 30 minutes before the sale starts. Feel free to bring a chair or blanket to sit on while waiting. Our doors open on Saturday at 9:30 am. When the sale opens, we manage the flow of customers in the space.

    If Door 3 is closed when you arrive, after the sale has started, please press our doorbell and we will escort you into the warehouse.

  • When you're shopping in the warehouse and find something you love- raise your hand to get help from our staff. We will mark your item sold and add it to your receipt for the day. You can pay via check, cash, or card when you're ready to finalize your purchases.

  • The entrance to our warehouse is on Broadway Ave. We will put out our SALE TODAY sign to help you find the door. If we're not at the door letting the line in- please ring our doorbell so we can show you into the building.

    You'll see the entrance to the Studio inside- our big red door is hard to miss!

  • Our warehouse sales are once a month events. Design clients with Alcove Interiors may make an appointment to tour the warehouse and place custom orders. The Studio is not open for weekly retail hours.

  • Our design team tours furniture market showrooms each year to discover new styles and find quality pieces to bring to our showroom. Each month, new items will be featured in our warehouse. Everything we have will be out! Come back each sale to see what's new.

  • All sales are final, so please inspect and measure your merchandise carefully before purchasing.

  • Alcove Interiors has great relationships directly with furniture vendors all over the country. We buy from the factory to bring high quality furnishings to West Michigan and pass on great pricing to you!
